"Fullmetal Alchemist" Live-Action Film 3rd Trailer Reveals More Main Character Visuals

Fumihiko Sori (Ping Pong, Vexille)-directed film hits theaters December 1

The official website for the upcoming live-action film adaptation of Hiromu Arakawa's Hagane no Renkinjutsushi/Fullmetal Alchemistmanga today posted a 60-second third trailer introducing more of its cast in costume for the first time, including Tsubasa Honda as the main heroine Winry Rockbell and Dean Fujioka as Roy Mustang. The trailer was first screened at the official fan event held at the Shinjuku Piccadilly theater in Tokyo yesterday, July 12.


As reported, 23-year-old Ryosuke Yamada, a member of Japanese idol group Hey! Say! JUMP, is cast as the protagonist Edward Elric. The highly anticipated film directed by Fumihiko Sori (Ping Pong, Vexille) will be released in Japan on December 1, 2017.
