The digital manga spinoff Dragon Ball Side Story: The Case of Being Reincarnated as Yamcha reached its conclusion today, seeing the end of one Dragon Ball fan's very literal self-insert adventure.
Written by Dragon Garow Lee, the story stars a boy who accidentally kills himself falling down the stairs in pursuit of a girl, and finds himself -- as the title suggests -- reincarnated as Yamcha. Fortunately, his extensive Dragon Ball knowledge allows him to game the situation, effectively changing history and becoming far more powerful than the original Yamcha ever was.
The first and second chapters were released in December and May, with the story wrapping up on Shonen Jump Plus earlier today. The final installment can be read here, so you can witness for yourself how Beerus and Champa's "Reincarnation Game" ends.
