Studio Looks For Rewrite Of "Hollywood" Naruto Live-Action

Jon and Erich Hoeber, known for their take on the adaptation of Warren Ellis comic Red, have been tapped to do a rewrite the script

Lionsgate is sitll moving forward with their plans for a live-action version of Naruto. The latest development for the project is that Jon and Erich Hoeber, known for their take on the adaptation of Warren Ellis comic Red, have been tapped to do a rewrite for the script. 

 

VFX artist turned director Michael Gracey, about to make his directorial debut on P.T. Barnum musical The Greatest Showman, has been attached to direct the movie since 2015. Avi Arad is producing via his Arad Productions banner.
