Kotobukiya Adds "Pokémon Black and White" Touko ARTFX J Figure with Pokabu

215mm-tall pre-painted figure will be available in March 2018

As the fifth entry from the Pocket Monster/Pokémon franchise, Kotobukiya has listed its new new ARTFX J character figure of Touko (Hilda in the English version), the female protagonist in the Pokémon Black and White Nintendo DS game, for a March 2018 release.

From its ARTFX J figure line, the company released Red with Pikachu in November 2016, Haruka with Mizugoro in April 2017, Serena with Fokko in July 2017, and plans to release Mei with Tsutadia in December 2017. The 215mm-tall 1/8 scale Touko figure comes with her partner Pokabu (Tepig).

As with the previous items, the 9,180-yen (about 83 US dollars) figure is based on a newly drawn art by Hitoshi Ariga, who is best known for his Rock Man/Mega Man manga/illustration works and also worked on the Pokémon designs for the 2013 Nintendo 3DS game Pokémon X and Y. And purchasers at Kotobukiya's official stores, including its online store, will also receive a colored paper

featuring the character art.
