Adaptation based on "healing" manga by Takuto Kashiki hits Japanese TV in January of 2018
The theme song performers have been announced for Hakumei and Mikochi - Tiny little life in the woods, an upcoming TV anime based on the "healing" manga by Takuto Kashiki about the everyday lives of 9 centimeter tall girls who live and work in the woods.
The as-yet-untitled opening theme will be performed by Chima, while the as-yet-untitled ending theme will be performed in-character by Mikochi (voiced by Shino Shimoji) and Konju (voiced by Aoi Yūki). The opening theme will be released as a single in Japan on January 24, 2018, while the ending theme will be released as a single in Japan on February 07, 2018. Each single will retail for 1200 yen ($10.57 US) plus tax.
The original Hakumei to Mikochi comic is serialized in Enterbrain's Harta seinen manga magazine. Hakumei and Mikochi - Tiny little life in the woods is directed by Masaomi Andou and features animation by Lerche. The series will begin broadcasting in Japan in January of 2018.
