"Zelda: Twilight Princess" Manga Gears Up for February Return

Creator duo Akira Himekawa has been using the time to recharge and prep

Named as one of Amazon's Best Books of 2017, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess has been a success for mangaka duo Akira Himekawa. It spent the latter part of the year on break, with initial plans to return on January 22, but the pair popped up a new blog entry to announce that it will be coming back to Shogakukan's Manga ONE app on February 26.

The Twilight Princess manga has been running in Manga ONE since February 2016, so this is a nice way to kick off the two year anniversary of the series. Himekawa initially took the break to work on the finale's story, recover their health, and do a general recharge in preparation for more work.

Viz Media releases the manga in North America. Here's how they describe it, just in case you never played Twilight Princess before:

Link once trained in swordsmanship, hoping to protect the world of Hyrule. After a fateful meeting, he sought out the anonymity and peace of life in a small village. But danger and adventure always find heroes to set things right, and when the dark minions of the King of Shadows threaten his new home, Link answers the call!

Here's the cover for volume 3, which will be released in English on March 13.
