New key visual and cast additions also revealed for upcoming adaptation based on "heartful" manga by Yuu Shimizu
A new key visual (above), a new trailer (below), and new cast additions have been revealed for Rokuhoudou Yotsuiro Biyori, an upcoming TV anime based on the "heartful" manga by Yuu Shimizu that follows the everday lives of four men who work at a traditional, Japanese-style cafe.
The new cast members revealed for Rokuhoudou Yotsuiro Biyori include:
Tomoaki Maeno as Yakyou Tougoku.
Kōsuke Toriumi as Eisuke Kadosaki.
And Kouhei Amasaki as Kinako.
The story of Rokuhoudou Yotsuiro Biyori is set in in a popular Japanese-style cafe named "Rokuhoudou" that has four specialists: Sui (tea / the owner of the cafe), Gure (latte art), Tsubaki (sweets), and Tokitaka (cooking). While performing their duties as servers, the four men sometimes help to solve the problems that trouble their customers' lives.
The original Rokuhoudou Yotsuiro Biyori manga is serialized in Shinchosha's Go Go Bunch manga magazine. The Rokuhoudou Yotsuiro Biyori TV anime is directed by Tomomi Kamiya and features animation by ZEXCS. The series will broadcast on Tokyo MX and KBS Kyoto Broadcasting beginning in April of 2018.
