Animate Cafe Gets Jazzed up for "Cowboy Bebop" Collaboration

Celebrate 20 years of interstellar action next month

It's been 20 years since the premiere of Cowboy Bebop -- yeah, we're feeling that, too -- and Animate Cafe is teaming up with Good Smile Company to help fans in Japan celebrate.

Starting next month, Animate Cafe will give its menu an overhaul to feature menu items reflective of the modern classic. While food and drink menu items aren't yet available, you can check out the spread for their Mr. Osomatsu x Tezuka event or their Hunter x Hunter event to get an idea of what they serve up.

Bets are currently open for whether we'll see a "Toys in the Attic"-inspired lobster dish.

Also available will be limited-edition goods, likely featuring the swanky new art created for the cafe.

The event will be held from May 15 to June 10, with reservations taken online.
