"Mob Psycho 100" Season 2 Teaser Site Opens, Reveals Official Logo

Celebrate Mob's birthday with the first monthly visual

The official teaser site has opened for the hotly-anticipated second season of Mob Psycho 100, which will continue adapting One-Punch Man creator ONE's manga. The followup was announced back in March, with the same staff at anime studio BONES returning to the production.

Here's the season 2 logo in two flavors:

The website plans to update with a new visual every month leading up to the broadcast premiere, with each featuring characters from the show in situations tailored to the current season. The first one is here just in time to celebrate Shigeo "Mob" Kageyama's May 12 birthday, which puts him in an uncharacteristically harem-like situation.

Crunchyroll streamed the first season as it aired. Here's the synopsis:

Kageyama Shigeo, a.k.a. "Mob," is a boy who has trouble expressing himself, but who happens to be a powerful esper. Mob is determined to live a normal life and keeps his ESP suppressed, but when his emotions surge to a level of 100%, something terrible happens to him! As he's surrounded by false espers, evil spirits, and mysterious organizations, what will Mob think? What choices will he make? The anime based on the original story by ONE, the idol of the webcomic world and creator of One-Punch Man, is coming your way with animation by leading animation studio Bones!
