"Attack on Titan" Season 3 Premieres in U.S. Theaters Along with Season 2 Recap Movie

Two-night event is scheduled for July 10 (subbed) and July 11 (dubbed)

If you're as hype as we are for the third season of Attack on Titan, Funimation has a special two-day event that aims to bring the world premiere to theaters across the United States and Canada. Funimation Films will be screening the Attack on Titan Season 2 Movie: Roar of Awakening anime film, which will be accompanied by a special world premiere of season 3's first episode.

It all goes down on July 10 (Japanese with English subtitles) and July 11 (English dub). This puts the theatrical premiere of the episode nearly two weeks ahead of its scheduled July 22 televised return in Japan. Advance tickets will be available starting June 8, and you can check out more info on the official website.
