Adaptation of romantic comedy manga by Etsuko Mizusawa will broadcast via the Anime Beans program
In a bit of irony, it has been revealed that the anime adaptation of Moshi Moshi, Terumi Desu. ("Hello, This is Terumi."), a romantic comedy manga by Etsuko Mizusawa about a girl who hates smart phones and the Internet and the boy who loves her, will be distributed as a "tate anime" designed to be viewed vertically on smart phones via the Anime Beans app.
Previously serialized in Shogakukan's Big Comic Spirits seinen manga magazine, Moshi Moshi, Terumi Desu. tells the story of an unlikely romance that develops between Terumi-san, a girl who hates smart phones and the Internet and who works in the call center of a shop dedicated to analog phones, and Rintarou, a middle school student who is head over heels for Terumi-san. Rintarou decides to renounce his modern digital lifestyle in order to pursue a relationship with Terumi-san.
In the "tate anime" adaptation, voice actress Maaya Uchida plays the role of Terumi-san, while voice actor Kōtarō Nishiyama plays the role of Rintarou.
