"The Legend of the Galactic Heroes" New Stage Play Reveals Visuals of Yang and Julian

General sale of the 8,640-yen ticket will begin on August 26

Following the Galactic Empire's Reinhard von Lohengramm by Seiichiro Nagata (Eiji Kikumaru in The Prince of Tennis Musical) and Siegfried Kircheis by Sho Kato (Sadaharu Inui in The Prince of Tennis Musical), the official website for upcoming new stage play adaptation of Yoshiki Tanaka's sci-fi novel series The Legend of the Galactic Heroes today posted visuals of Yang Wen-li and his adapted son Julian Mintz on the Free Planets Alliance side.

 

Yang is confirmed to be portrayed by 24-year-old Shunsuke Kobayakawa, best known as Ryo Shishido in The Prince of Tennis Musical, while Julian is played by 23-year-old Seiya Konishi, who was cast as Yuuta Fuji in The Prince of Tennis Musical.    

  

The Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Die Neue These The Stage is set to be performed at Zepp DiverCity TOKYO seven times from October 25 to 28, 2018. General sale of the 8,640-yen ticket will

begin on August 26.

  

Michiko Oiwa, who worked on the third chapter's "The First Battle: Another Enemy" episode of the

previous play in August 2013, is attached to direct on a script by Yoko Yonaiyama.The new TV anime's

series composition writer Noboru Takagi serves as supervisor.
