New key visual, new preview video, and new cast members revealed for continuing light novel to TV anime adaptation
Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits-, a TV anime adaptation based on the series of "food fantasy" light novels written by Midori Yuuma and illustrated by Laruha about a college student who takes a job as a cook in the spirit-realm, is continuing with a second cour beginning on July 02, 2018, and a new key visual (above), a new preview video (below), and new cast additions have been announced for the series.
The new cast members for Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- include:
- Tetsuya Kakihara as Hidekichi.
- Sayaka Kaneko as Nene.
- And Satoshi Hino as Raijū.
Known as Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi in Japan, the original Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- light novels are published in Japan by Fujimi Shobo (a division of Kadokawa) under their Fujimi L Bunko imprint. The Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- TV anime is directed by Yoshiko Okuda and features animation by GONZO.
The first cour of Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- is currently streaming on Crunchyroll, who describe the story as follows:
After losing her grandfather, Aoi—a girl who can see spirits known as ayakashi—is suddenly approached by an ogre. Demanding she pay her grandfather’s debt, he makes a huge request: her hand in marriage! Refusing this absurd offer, Aoi decides to work at the Tenjin-ya bed and breakfast for the ayakashi to pay back what her family owes.
