Virtual idol group's new track "Rikaisha" comes out next month
The 11 ladies of virtual idol group 22/7 are back for their third single. And you can see their latest look, both in reality and as their idol characters.
Described as "idols who transcend dimensions," the members of 22/7 voice their anime personas and appear as them both live and in virtual YouTuber videos. The latest single, "Rikaisha," will be their third.
In addition to the new photo, character designer Yukiko Horiguchi (K-ON!) has drawn the group. At present, despite the group consisting of eleven girls, only eight characters and designs have been revealed.
The single will include multiple versions of the song, as well as off-vocal tracks for each. Special editions of the album will include tickets for prizes and trading cards. A DVD-inclusive edition is currently being planned.
