TV Anime Hinomaru Zumou's Japanese Premiere Date Set for October 5, 2018

Konosuke Uda (Galaxy Express 999: Eternal Fantasy, One Piece) serves as general director at GONZO

The official website for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Kawada's sumo-themed manga Hinomaru Zumou announced today that it is set to premiere on Tokyo MX, Abema TV, BS11, Sun TV, TVQ Kyushu Housou on October 5, 2018, then on TV Aichi on the following day.




In addition, it is confirmed that the anime's yet-titeld OP theme song is performed by four-member

Japanese rock band Official HIGE DANdism. The band was formed in 2012 and this is their first anime

theme song work. 



Meanhwile, the ED song is provided by five-member loud rock band Omedetai Atama de Nani Yori.

This is also their first anime tie-up song in their two-year career.
