Manga mag offers free samples to diners via Wi-Fi
If you're in the mood to spend the afternoon eating burgers and reading manga, McDonald's has you covered. If you're in Japan, that is.
The fast food chain will be joining forces with Shonen Jump to offer two campaigns to visitors. For the first, readers can bring a coupon from the next issue to their local participating Mickey D's for a free hamburger.
And while they're there, they can get on McDonald's Wi-Fi and enjoy a library of free digital Shonen Jump manga, including One Piece, My Hero Academia, and other popular titles.
The offer comes in the midst of Jump's anniversary celebrations, which continue throughout the year.
The free digital manga will be available from August 28 to September 9, and the free hamburger deal will be available from September 3-9.
