Watch Action-Packed Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Detonation Film's Full Trailer with Theme Song by Nana Mizuki

Advance tickets with the key visual clear files go on sale at theaters from Today

The official YouTube channel for the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha anime franchise has posted a 60-second full trailer for Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Detonation, the forthcoming second part of the two-part new Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha film project, featuring its theme song "NEVER SURRENDER" performed by Nana Mizuki.


Mizuki has voiced Fate Testarossa/Fate T. Harlaown in the franchise since the first TV anime in 2004 and has performed many of the theme songs, including the first part Reflection's "Destiny's Prelude." "NEVER SURRENDER" will be released as her 38th single on October 24, 2018. The film's insert song "GET BACK" will be also included in the single.


Following the first part Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Reflection in July 2017, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Detonation is scheduled to be released in 90 theaters across Japan on October 19, 2018.

From the first to third weeks, moviegoers will receive one of the four colored papers newly drawn by

the character designer Kana Hashidate, then those in the fourth to fifth week will get one of the two 

memorial postcards.


In addition, from the first to fifth weeks in its theatrical run, one of the five "weekly movie" will be

screened as bonus after the main film. Their contents will not be revealed until the release.




The fourth edition of the film's advance tickets featuring the past key visuals go on sale at the theaters

from today.


The remaster edition of the first part Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Reflection will be also screened with a 

exclusive edition trailer for Detonation, which can be seen only there, at select theaters from September 28.

Moviegoers will receive one of the three illustration cards.
