Real Escape Game Wonders Whether You Can Survive the Mr. TONEGAWA Office Party

Tie-in between Tokyo Mystery Circus and Kaiji spin-off debuts on October 18, 2018

In October of 2018, "real escape game" purveyor Tokyo Mystery Circus is teaming up with Kaiji spin-off Mr. TONEGAWA Middle Management Blues for a "real escape game" event that challenges players to escape from the most dreadful of any corporate situation: the Great Demonic Year-End Office Party!

In the game, teams of up to six players take on the role of black-suited goons who are given the impossible task of entertaining the Teiai Group's tyrannical boss, Hyodo Kazutaka. Players have 60 minutes to solve the puzzles and prepare an entertaining banquet or else Tonegawa will be forced to perform the dreaded "Roasting Kneeling" as penance.

The "Escape from the Great Demonic Year-End Office Party" event runs from October 18, 2018 - January 27, 2019, at Tokyo Mystery Circus in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, Tokyo. Advance tickets cost 3200 yen ($28.15 US) for adults and 2700 yen ($23.75 US) for students, while tickets at the door cost for 3700 yen ($32.55 US) for adults and 3200 yen ($28.15 US) for students. Players can also purchase discounted advance group tickets for up to six players for a total of 18,600 yen ($163.61 US).
