The Evangelion creator is the latest to sit down for a Sapporo interview
Anime director and Ultraman fanboy Hideaki Anno is chatting about what it means to be an adult... and he's brought his Very Tall Child with him.
The new Sapporo Black Label commercial sees actor Satoshi Tsumabuki boarding the "Adult Elevator," which takes him to far-off landscapes. Floor 58 reveals a quiet desert retreat inhabited by the 58-year-old Anno.
Tsumabuki stops in to ask the big question: what does it mean to be "an adult"? Anno's interview also includes a look-in from one of his own creations:
The commercial will be broadcast across Japan starting November 3.
