27th film in popular animated adaptation of gag manga by Yoshito Usui hits Japanese theaters on April 19, 2019
The Nohara family is in for some rough and tumble times in the land down under, because the 27th film in the Crayon Shin-chan series will feature Shinnosuke and his kin taking a disatrous vacation in Australia. The film is entitled Eiga Crayon Shin-chan: Shinkonryokou Hurricane ~ Ushinawareta Hiroshi ~ ("Crayon Shin-chan The Movie: Honeymoon Hurricane ~ The Lost Hiroshi ~"), and it will open in Japanese theaters on April 19, 2019.
Basd on the original characters from Yoshito Usui's gag manga, Eiga Crayon Shin-chan: Shinkonryokou Hurricane ~ Ushinawareta Hiroshi ~ is directed by Masakazu Hashimoto and features a script by Kimiko Ueno and Munenori Mizuno and animation production by Shin-Ei Animation. The film features the voice talent of Yumiko Kobayashi, Miki Narahashi, Toshiyuki Morikawa, and Satomi Kōrogi.
The story of the film follows the Nohara family as Misae and Hiroshi, Shinnosuke's parents, plan a cheap trip to Australia in order the celebrate the honeymoon they never really had. Things go hilariously wrong when shortly after arrival Hiroshi is mistaken for "the key to the treasure" by a band of treasure hunters and is subsequently kidnapped, prompting Shinnosuke to embark on an adventure to rescue his papa.
