My Hero Academia Stage Play Adaptation Planned for Spring 2019

Tsuneyasu Motoyoshi (Seraph of the end musical) serves as director

In addition to the live-action film by Legendary Pictures in near future, Kohei Horikoshi's sci-fi action shonen manga My Hero Academia will also get its stage play adaptation, titled "My Hero Academia The 'Ultra' Stage." Its official website and Twitter have opened with a teaser visual with All Might saying, "I am here at 'a stage play'!!!" 


The stage play is scheduled to be performed in Tokyo and Osaka in the spring of 2019, and Tsuneyasu Motoyoshi, who recently worked on a musical adaptation of the Seraph of the End manga in 2016, is attached to direct. Further details such as cast and schedule will be announced at a later a later date. How will the characters' various Quirks be performed on the stage?
