Before digging into Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ardyn, there's a little setup on the way in the form of a prologue anime. The animated short will take place prior to the events of FFXV, and Square Enix shared a key visual ahead of the trailer's debut, which is set for 9:00pm Japan Time on December 15. 

Episode Ardyn launches in March of 2019.
