2019 series will be set in the same continuity as "Battle Spirits: Shonen Gekiha Dan" and "Battle Spirits: Brave"
Some new information is now available for the latest series in Battle Spirits, a TV anime franchise based on the card-battle game by Bandai and Sunrise: the principal staff have been revealed, and it has been confirmed that the new anime will be the third work set in the same continuity as 2009's Battle Spirits: Shonen Gekiha Dan and 2010's Battle Spirits: Brave.
The new Battle Spirits anime is directed by Masaki Watanabe, and it features scripts by Atsuhiro Tomioka and animation production by Bandai Namco Pictures. The new Battle Spirits series will broadcast in Japan in 2019, but the exact release date for the series has not yet been revealed.
