Kadokawa's Love Sim Game LoveR Delayed a Month in Japan

Release date moved from Valentine's Day to White Day

One of the next titles on Kadokawa Games release slate is a love sim called LoveR, in which the capital R stands for both Romance and Record, referring to the player's ability to snap pics and take videos during their pursuit of love. The game was previously slated to launch on PS4 in Japan on February 14, just in time for Valentine's Day, but love sim fans will now have to wait until March 14… just in time for White Day!

LoveR brings character designer Taro Mino together with producer and scenario writer Ichiro Sugiyama, who previously worked on games like Reco Love, Photo Kano, Kimi Kiss, and True Love Story. Kadokawa said they put the delay in place to make time for further quality improvements.

To make up for the delay, Kadokawa will offer the White School Swimsuit costume below as free DLC on launch day.
