JUMP FORCE Kicks Off Open Beta Weekend on January 18

Players will be able to choose from 17 playable characters

 

The Shonen Jump crossover action of JUMP FORCE hits consoles and PC on February 15, but console players will soon have a chance to test the brawler out for themselves a little early. Bandai Namco shared details for the upcoming open beta weekend, which is scheduled for January 18-20 in the west.

 

Players will be able to choose from 17 playable characters and battle on five stages throughout the weekend. Available characters include Luffy, Kenshin, Vegeta, Freeza, Blackbeard, Younger Toguro, Hisoka, Gon, Sasuke, Pegasus Seiya, Goku, Roronoa Zoro, Yusuke, Ichigo, Rukia, Kenshiro, and Naruto. 

 

The five stages will be Mexico, Namek, Matterhorn, Hong Kong, and New York. 

 

 

Here's the full schedule for all four three-hour sessions:

 

Session 1

Friday, January 18th at 4:00am – 7:00am PST

 

Session 2

Friday, January 18th at 9:00pm – 12:00am PST

 

Session 3

Saturday, January 19th at 8:00am – 11:00am PST

 

Session 4

Sunday, January 20th at 12:00pm – 3:00pm PST

 

The beta will be available to pre-load on Xbox One and PS4 starting January 17.
