Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood Gets Blu-ray Box Release in April 2019

The four OVA episodes will be also included in the set


Aniplex announced today that a 11-disc Blu-ray box set of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, the

second TV anime adaptation of Hiromu Arakawa's Fullmetal Alchemist fantasy action manga series,

is set to be released on April 3, 2019, at the price of 41,040 yen (about 378 US dollars).


The set also includes the four OVA episodes that were originally included in the individual discs as a

bonus footage, along with a a booklet and three soundtrack CDs by Akira Senju. The anime character

designer Hiroki Kanno provides a newly-drawn illustration for the rigid box case.


Following the 51-episode first TV anime in 2003-2004, the second TV anime to cover the original manga 

story until its end, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood was aired for 64 episodes from April 2009 to July

2010. Both were animated by Bones.
