Awesome Games Done Quick Raises Nearly $2.4 Million for Prevent Cancer Foundation

Week-long event came to a close at $150,000 over last year's

Did you get a chance to check out any of the amazing speedruns during this year's Awesome Games Done Quick marathon? The event was another success for both the runners and for charity, with donations to the Prevent Cancer Foundation adding up to just shy of a whopping $2.4 million.

AGDQ started last Sunday with Vysuals' run of Hollow Knight and ran through everything from NieR: Automata to a 9.5-hour run of Final Fantasy IX. The impressive total puts it around $150,000 higher than last year's and marks an all-time best for AGDQ.

If you missed anything, don't worry! AGDQ is really good about putting their runs on YouTube almost as soon as they end, so everything is available to watch at your leisure.
