Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery
To celebrate its premiere this week, the Mr. Osomatsu film is teaming up with another March premiere to share a little advertising space.
PRINCE OF LEGEND is a film from the multimedia project of the same name, created by entertainment company LDH Japan. 14 boys with "princely" qualities (most represented by LDH) compete to be named "Prince of Legend," a title handed out by their school once every three years.
Six stars from the project donned Mr. Osomatsu parkas and struck the Matsuno brothers' familiar pose as part of the press tour, as seen above. On the flip side, Mr. Osomatsu did their own riff on the PRINCE OF LEGEND film poster:
Mr. Osomatsu premieres in Japan this Friday, with PRINCE OF LEGEND close behind on March 21.
