Volumes 29 - 31 of Natsumi Eguchi's manga will include new episodes as a special limited edition bonus
You can't keep a good demon down, because Hozuki's Coolheadedness (known as Hozuki no Reitetsu in Japan), a supernatural office comedy manga by Natsumi Eguchi about the mundane lives of the denizens of Hell, is returning in animated form with a three OAD series that will be included as pack-in bonuses with the special edition Japanese releases of Volumes 29 - 31 of the manga.
Director Kazuhiro Yoneda of Hozuki's Coolheadedness Season 2 is confirmed to return for the OADs, and the animation production will be handled by PINEJAM. A new key visual (above) has also been published for the series. Volume 29 of the manga will be released in Japan on September 20, 2019, while Volume 30 will be released on March 23, 2020. Volume 31 is also scheduled for a 2020 release, but the exact publication date has not yet been revealed.
The original Hozuki's Coolheadedness manga is serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Morning seinen manga magazine, and an English language version is also available from Kodansha Comics. Crunchyroll currently streams Season 1 and Season 2 of the Hozuki's Coolheadedness TV anime, and describes the story of the series as follows:
Hozuki is the aide to the Great King Enma. Calm and super-sadistic, Hozuki tries to resolve the various problems in Hell, including a rampaging Momotaro and his companions. However, he also likes spending his free time on his hobbies, such as fawning over cute animals and raising ‘Goldfish Flowers.’
