Kochoki ~ Wakaki Nobunaga ~ TV Anime Adds Two More Retainers to the Cast

Original TV series about feudal warlord's life as a directionless youth hits Japanese TV in July of 2019

Two more cast members have been revealed for Kochoki ~ Wakaki Nobunaga ~ ("Beautiful Butterfly ~ Young Nobunaga~"), an upcoming original TV anime that examines the life of the most infamous warlord of the Warring States period during his years as a profligate young man. The new cast members include:


Kitsuno, a demure woman in a kimono.


Minori Suzuki as Kitsuno, Nobunaga's concubine.


Sassa Narimasa, a samurai with a pony tail and a sharp expression in his eyes.


And Makoto Takahashi as Sassa Narimasa, Nobunaga's retainer.



Kochoki ~ Wakaki Nobunaga ~ is directed by Noriyuki Abe and features animation production by Studio Deen. The series will broadcast in Japan on Tokyo MX, AT-X, WOWOW, and BS Fuji beginning in July of 2019.
