Girls Love Board Games in Houkago Saikoro Club TV Anime Trailer

TV anime based on manga by Hiroo Nakamichi is currently in-development

Aya Takayashiki and Miki Takekasa are surprised to encounter Takeru Kinjou, the owner of the Saikoro Club board game store.


A new trailer and a new cast member have been revealed for Houkago Saikoro Club ("Afterschool Dice Club"), an upcoming TV anime based on the manga by Hiroo Nakamichi about a group of high school girls that bond over a mutual love of analog, tabletop board games.



The new cast member of Houkago Saikoro Club includes:


Takeru Kinjou, a tall, muscular, bald man with dark sunglasses and a prominent scar on his head, is a gentle board game shopkeeper despite his fierce appearance.


Takaya Kuroda as Takeru Kinjou, the owner of the Saikoro Club board game store. Despite his brawny frame and fierce appearance, Takeru is a gentleman with a very sweet disposition.


The three heroines of the Houkago Saikoro Club TV anime play a treasure-hunting board game.


The original Houkago Saikoro Club manga is serialized in Shogakukan's Monthly Shōnen Sunday manga magazine. Further details about the anime adaptation, such as the main staff and the release date, have not yet been revealed.
