It's calories versus calisthenics in a new trailer for Dumbbell Nan Kilo Moteru? (now known in English as How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?), an upcoming TV anime based on the muscle-training manga written by Sandrovitch Yabako and illustrated by MAAM about a group of high school girls with a passion for fitness training.

The original Dumbbell Nan Kilo Moteru? manga is serialized in Shogakukan's Ura Sunday digital manga magazine. The story of the series follows Hibiki Sakura, a high school girl who loves to snack. When Hibiki decides to begin exercising to manage her weight, she gets roped into joining a gym that specializes in extreme muscle-training by her muscle-crazed classmate, Akemi Souryuuin.
