Highly-anticipated all-new feature film hits Japanese theaters August 30, 2019
The official website for KONOSUBA: God's Blessing on this Wonderful World! Legend of Crimson, the upcoming all-new feature film based on Natsume Akatsuki's comedic fantasy light novel series, has announced its OP and ED theme song performers, and their CD release schedule.
The film's OP song "1 mm Symphony" is performed by 27-year-old singer Machico, who previously provided the OP songs for the two KONOSUBA TV anime series aired in 2016 and 2017. It is writtenby by Kumiko Takahashi (ex-drummer of Japanese rock band chatmonchy) and composed by Koichi Tabo (Superfly founder). Its CD single will be available as her seventh single on August 28, 2019, two days before the film's release in Japan.

Meanwhile, the ED song "My Home Town" (the film's story is about Megumin's visit back to her home) is sung by the anime's three main voice actresses: Sora Amamiya (Aqua), Rie Takahashi (Megumin), and Ai Kayano (Darkness). The three-member unit also performed the ED songs for the two TV anime series. As with the previous two, "My Home Town" is written/composed/arranged by Ryosei Sato (HUMBERT HUMBERT). Its CD single is set to be released on September 4.
