"Kimetsu no Yaiba" Demon Slaying Corps will Go to Kyoto for Collaboration Event This Summer

Natsuki Hanae (Tanjiro) and Hiro Shimono (Zanitsu)'s talk show will be held on September 22

Toei Kyoto Studio Park, Keifuku Electric Railroad's Randen tramways, and Kyoto Municipal Transportation Bureau will jointly hold a collaboration event with the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime series, titled "Kimetsu no Yaiba: Kyo no Oshigoto (The mission in Kyoto)" from August 3 to October 10, 2019.

Around various locations in Kyoto, the collaboration event will offer a stamp rally, wrapping trains, exhibitions (replica dioramas, anime scene panels, photos spots, etc.), and limited foods/drinks inspired by the anime characters. Its main story is introduced as follows:

"The Demon Slayer Corps, which has struggled to exterminate the demons, visits Kyoto to find 'a cooperator who can fight together.' As the cooperator, will you be able to encounter Tanjiro and others? This is the event that gives each one of you a feeling of being a part of the story, as immersing deeply into the world of Kimetsu no Yaiba."

In addition, a special talk show by the anime's two main male voice actors, Natsuki Hanae (Tanjiro Kamado) and Hiro Shimono (Zenitsu Agatsuma), is scheduled to be held at Toei Kyoto Studio Park on September 22. 4,500-yen tickets will go on at Lawson Tickets tomorrow.
