The classic video game is now wearable and shareable for your tiniest family members
Square Enix is getting little gamers started early with a new line of baby and toddler goodies based on the Dragon Quest series!
The new line was just announced, and features everything from everyday needs to special gifts to treasure. Basics include Slime-inspired caps and bibs to keep babies tidy and warm.
Two new books are kicking off the line: Dragon Quest AIUEO, teaching children basic hiragana using monsters from the game series:
And Slime PiPiPi, a picture book which engages babies with the use of facial expressions exhibited by Dragon Quest's cutest little mobs.
Especially notable is the hero's treasure box for new families. An armor bib, helmet cap, and sword and shield rattle are ready to use for small babies. There's also an adventure book where parents can save pictures and write down memories. At the back of the book is an envelope where parents can leave a note for their little hero to read when they turn 16:
The items will be sold via the Square Enix e-Store and participating dealers.
