TV Anime Zoids Wild Gets Its 2nd Season "ZERO" in October 2019
The sci-fi mechanical animal franchise was launched in 1983
It is officially announced today that Zoids Wild ZERO, the second season of the TV anime Zoids Wild is set to premiere on TV Tokyo and its five affiliates in Japan in October 2019. A main visual and a 150-second teaser PV introducing its new characters and Zoids are also released
Zoids, the sci-fi mechanical animal franchise was launched by Takara in 1983. Zoids Wild was its first TV anime series in 12 years since Zoids Genesis in 2005-2006. The first season animated by OLM TEAM SAKURAI was aired for 50 episodes from July 7, 2018 to June 29, 2019. The second season will tell "an all-new story that starts from 'Zero' with the new protagonists."
More details will be revealed at the forthcoming "C3AFA TOKYO 2019" event to be held at Makuhari Messe on August 24 and 25, 2019.
