A new preview video (below) has been published and the opening theme song performers have been revealed for The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods, the fourth installment in the animated adaptation based on Nakaba Suzuki's popular shonen fantasy adventure manga about a group of powerful knights-in-exile defending their kingdom from demonic threats.

 

The opening theme, entitled "ROB THE FRONTIER", is performed by UVERworld.

 

 

The Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath of the Gods is directed by Suzumu Nishizawa and features animation production by Studio Deen. The series will broadcast in Japan on the TV Tokyo and BS TV Tokyo networks beginning in October of 2019. Netflix currently streams the earlier anime series for The Seven Deadly Sins, and describes the story as follows:

 

When a kingdom is taken over by tyrants, the deposed princess begins a quest to find a disbanded group of evil knights to help take back her realm.
