BanG Dream! FILM LIVE Earns 100 Million Yen in Five Days

Second week theatergoers will receive trading mini colored papers of Pastel*Palettes members

Bushiroad announced today that BanG Dream! FILM LIVE, the first animation live concert film in its BanG Dream! franchise, had earned 102,063,000 yen on 51,945 admissions by Tuesday, in five days since its release on September 13.

As this weekend's only anime feature, the 72-minute film was released in 56 theaters across Japan on Saturday, but it didn't appear in any box office top 10 rankings, both of Kogyo Tsushin's mini theater ranking and Pia's first day satisfaction ranking. Uta no Prince-sama The Movie: Maji LOVE Kingdom, one of the recent similar films focusing on the CG characters' live performance on the stage, made 180 million yen in its first two days.

Following the first lineup featuring the Poppin'party members, the second week theatergoers will receive trading mini colored papers of Pastel*Palettes members between September 20 and 26.
