Sisters and Robots Cuddle in Null & Peta TV Anime Key Visual

Theme song info and Japanese broadcast details revealed for upcoming original mixed media project

Reincarnated as a large, fluffy robot, Peta Robo embraces her younger sister, Null, in the Null & Peta TV anime.

A cuddly new key visual (below), the theme song performers, and the Japanese broadcast details have been revealed for Null & Peta, the anime portion of an original mixed media project about a mad scientist school girl and her robot sister. The official theme song for the series, entitled "#NULL!*Peta", is performed in-character by Null (CV: Azumi Waki) and Peta (CV: Reina Ueda).

Described as a "slapstick sister comedy", the story of Null & Peta follows Null, a young girl who is a brilliant inventor even though she's only in elementary school. After her older sister, Peta, dies in an unfortunate accident, Null resurrects Peta in robot form, but Peta Robo is a little different from how she used to be...

Peta, Null, and Peta Robo sleep peacefully at the base of an old oak tree in a new key visual for the Null & Peta TV anime.

The Null & Peta TV anime is directed by Hirofumi Ogura and features animation production by Shin-Ei Animation with production assistance by Ascenscion. The series will broadcast on AT-X on Fridays during the 22:40 time slot beginning on October 04, 2019, and on Chiba TV on Saturdays during the 26:30 time slot beginning on October 05, 2019. (Please note: the 26:30 time slot on Saturday is actually on Sunday at 2:30am JST.)

Null & Peta will also be digitally distributed on various platforms in Japan such as Niconico, AbemaTV, GYAO, d Anime Store, and more.
