Who needs to fight over love when you can have the secretary instead?
KAGUYA-SAMA: LOVE IS WAR was the standout hit of the Winter season in 2019, and saw the two leads duke it out to see who loved/hated each other the most. In the background, the secretary of the student council rose to popularity thanks to her adorableness and her own ending in episode 3 of the series.
Now, you can pin up your own life-sized Chika Fujiwara – in casual clothes no less – in a brand new wallscroll. The original illustration was created by the anime characters designer and chief animation director, Yuko Yahiro, and designer Kosuke Kawamura, who is currently doing the designs for Uniqlo’s Dragon Ball Z line of clothes and working with AKIRA’s original author Katsuhiro Otomo, on the AKIRA ART OF WALL exhibition.
The wall scroll has a recommended base price of 9,000 yen (US$84), before tax, and can be found on your favourite Japanese goods import site. If you pre-order at the Japanese version of Hobby Stock, you’re given a free clear file with the cute illustration on it.
Pre-orders are open now until September 26, and the wallscroll ships in November, so get in quick for CHIKA TIME!
You can see all of Chika's antics on KAGUYA-SAMA: LOVE IS WAR!
