Kurumi VA Asami Sanada: "I'm glad from the bottom of my heart to be able to play Kurumi-san once again."
Following the surprising announcement ten days ago, the official website for the upcoming anime adaptation of Yuichiro Higashide's Date A Live Fragment: Date A Bullet spin-off novel series has posted a 110-second "anime adaptation memorial PV" to introduce the history of the Date A Live anime franchise and Kurumi Tokisaki's first anime visual as its protagonist.
As a spin-off series to Koshi Tachibana's Date A Live romantic comedy sci-fi light novel series, it has been published from KADOKAWA's Fujimi Fantasia Bunko since March 2017, and five volumes are currently available.
42-year-old Asami Sanada, who has voiced Kurumi Tokisaki in all of the previous Date A Live anime series from 2013 to 2109, is confirmed to reprise her character in the new anime. She says, "I'm glad from the bottom of my heart to be able to play Kurumi-san once again. And at the same time, I feel excited and responsible because this is 'Date A Bullet' (which features her as its protagonist). I want to face Kurumi-san with everything I can! I would appreciate your support!"
How and when the Date A Live Fragment: Date A Bullet anime is distributed will be announced at a later date.
