The highly-anticipated second feature film will open in Japan on December 20, 2019

The official website for the upcoming anime feature film My Hero Academia THE MOVIE Heroes: Rising announced today that the first one million theatergoers will get a special bonus booklet titled "My Hero Academia Vol. Rising" that includes a newly-drawn manga by the original author Kohei Horikoshi, his long interview and design sketches for the film's original characters.

While serving as general supervisor, Horikoshi provided the designs for the film's two original villain characters: "the most evil villain" Nine and his attendant Slice. The cover illustration of the booklet featuring the Class 1-A students in school uniform is also newly-drawn by himself.
