Main Heroine VA Sora Amamiya Performs Rikekoi TV Anime OP Song

Toru Kitahata (Hinako Note)-directed science comedy is slated for January 2020

It is confirmed today that 26-year-old anime voice actress/singer Sora Amamiya's next tenth single song "PARADOX" will be featured as the OP theme for the forthcoming TV anime adaptation of Arifred Yamamoto's science romance comedy manga Rikei ga Koi ni Ochita no de Shoumei Shite Mita. (Because the science course fell in love, we have mathematically proved it.), Rikekoi for short. She is also cast as the anime's main heroine Ayame Himuro.


Two months after her latest ninth single "Regeneration" released last Wednesday, "PARADOX" is scheduled to be released on January 15, 2020. According to her unit TrySail's official Twitter comment, it will be "pop, catchy, and has an expression that she has never shown before."





An advance screening for the anime's first episode is set to be held at Science Hall in Tokyo on December 8, 2019. Its three main female voice cast: Sora Amamiya (Ayame Himuro), Natsuko Hara (Kotonoha Kanade), and Nichika Omori (Eana Ibarada) will also join. And Amamiya will perform a full version of "PARADOX" on the stage for the first time.  




The TV anime adaptation is directed by Toru Kitahata (Hinako Note), alongside series composition writer Rintaro Ikeda (Magical Sempai) and character designer/chief animation director Yusuke Isouchi (One Piece, PreCure series animation director). ZERO-G (My Roommate is a Cat)-animated series is set to premiere in Japan in January 2020.
