BLUE ENCOUNT Performs My Hero Academia 4th Season OP Song on The Cliff with Strong Wind

The latest season has been simulcast on Crunchyroll

The official YouTube channel for four-member Japanese rock band BLUE ENCOUNT has started streaming a full-length music video for their 11th major single song "Polaris" to be released on November 20, 2019. The rock tune is now featured as the OP theme for the latest fourth season of the My Hero Academia TV anime.

This is the first time that the band has provided a theme song for the My Hero Academia anime franchise. They previously performed the theme songs for Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans (4th single "Survivor"), Gintama (8th single "VS"), and BANANA FISH (9th single "FREEDOM").

Their latest music video was filmed in Muroran, located in the southern part of Hokkaido, and shows off the band members' performance on the cliff where a strong wind blows.
