Newest jewelry offering features an elegant feather pattern, with names and gems inside
Attack on Titan has inspired lots of creative merchandise since its premiere, including several lines of jewelry. The latest comes from jewelry designer Shoya Taniguchi, who has also designed accessories based on Tokyo Ghoul and collaborated with artists around the world.
The new line seems simple enough on the outside—plain bands with feathers reminiscent of the Survey Corps' wings—but inside the band are a pair of secrets.
Firstly, you can choose a natural gemstone to set inside. There are 11 to choose from, so you can pick your favorite color or a color themed to your favorite character:
Secondly, you can choose one of 18 character names (including Eren, Levi, Mikasa, Historia, and more) to appear on the inside. The name will be embossed backwards, so that when you remove the ring after wearing it, their name will be visible temporarily on your finger.
Rings run between 17,000 yen (silver) and 182,000 yen (gold). Orders are open until December 10, and will be shipped in April 2020.
