Anisong Superstar LiSA Marries OLDCODEX Frontman and Voice Actor Tatsuhisa Suzuki

It’s always a bright day when two people in love announce that they got married, even more so when it’s two titans of the anime entertainment industry. It was announced in two statements that anisong superstar, LiSA, know for singing the themes to Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Sword Art Online, My Hero Academia and many more, has tied the knot with OLDCODEX singer Tatsuhisa Suzuki, who also voice acts Ranmaru Kurosaki in Uta no Prince Sama and Makoto Tachibana in Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club, among many more.

In a comment on her website, LiSA (whose real name is Risa Oribe) said that Suzuki “supports me if I get lost or crushed” under the weight of stress. The 32-year-old singer mentions that together they will “continue to do our utmost to deliver LiSA” to fans “so we can all have a ‘good day’ together at live events.”

 

Suzuki posted on his website more details on the relationship between the two behemoths, telling his fans that they “met under various coincidences, laughing and singing about the trivial things in our daily lives. If there was anything we didn’t understand, we would work it out together, respecting each other’s opinions and forming tight bonds.” The 36-year-old voice actor said that their bonding helped him grow and helped him realize that “happiness in my daily life became more natural. This made me want to continue to grow up with her in the future.”

 

We hope that the marriage brings nothing but happiness for the duo, as they’ve brought nothing but happiness to those who enjoy their work.
