This follows immediately after the ending of the current manga!
Just when you thought the battles were over for good, it turns out there's more of Nakaba Suzuki's The Seven Deadly Sins to come. The final chapter of Suzuki's original manga just ended this week, but Kodansha wasted no time announcing plans for a sequel series titled Mokushiroku no Yon-kishi (The Four Knights of the Apocalypse).
The manga will follow one of the four Horsemen, Tristan, when it launches. That's not the only Seven Deadly Sins news, though. There's also a new TV anime on the way, The Seven Deadly Sins: Anger's Judgment.
Fans can look forward to Anger's Judgment kicking off on TV Tokyo stations and BS-TV Tokyo in Japan this October. The cast from previous seasons will return to the booth to voice their respective characters.
Finally, there's a new stage play on the way called The Seven Deadly Sins The Stage: The Treacherous Great Holy Knights. That one's currently set to run at Tokyo's Galaxy Theatre from June 18-28. Nobuhiro Mōri (stage plays for Black Butler) will direct and write once again, and an official website is now live.
