Yoshiyuki Fujiwara (NEW GAME!!)-directed adaptation is simulcast on Crunchyroll

Following the well-received premiere, the official YouTube channel for the four-member rock band yourness has started streaming a five-minute anime music video for the OP theme song "Kago no naka ni Tori" (There's a bird in a cage) of the spring 2020 TV anime SING "YESTERDAY" FOR ME. Using the footage from the anime, the clip depicts the main characters' daily life in a small town along private railway lines near Shinjuku around 2002.

The band's first anime theme song has been available on the major subscription services including iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, LINE MUSIC, and AWA since 00:00 on April 12 (JST). No CD release is currently confirmed.
