F:NEX and Yoshitoku collaborate to bring you a truly traditional doll
Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- is back in our lives, so of course it's time for new figures! One of the most beautiful out there is a 1/4-scale Rem, a collaboration between Yoshitoku and F:NEX.
Founded in 1711, Yoshitoku specializes in ornamental figures with ornate clothing, including samurai in full armor and geisha in real fabric kimono. Each Rem figure wears a cloth kimono hand-dressed by Yoshitoku, and holds a traditional umbrella.
The figure itself is PVC/ABS and stands 400mm tall.
Pre-orders are now open, with each doll costing 147,400 yen (about $1371). Orders will be open until September 30, and will start shipping out in February 2021.
