Date A Bullet Shows Off Trailer and Visual for Two-Part Anime Film

Data A Live spinoff novels inspire movies that open this August and November in Japan

Date A Bullet


As previously reported, Date A Live spinoff novel series Date A Live Fragment: Date A Bullet is getting an anime adaptation in the form of a two-part anime film. The first part, Date A Bullet: Dead or Bullet, opens with event screenings in Japan on August 14, followed by the second, Date A Bullet: Nightmare or Queen on November 13. 


Ahead of that, we have a new trailer, visual, and info on the theme songs. The opening has Go Sakabe composing an instrumental titled "Infermata," while the ending has Go Sakabe composing and Luiza performing "Only wish." Check out the Dead or Bullet trailer below.

The anime project was announced back in September 2019 and Jun Nakagawa (High School Fleet:The Movie) serves as director at Studio Geek Toys. Asami Sanada, who has voiced Kurumi Tokisaki in all of the previous Date A Live anime series since 2013, is confirmed to reprise the role.
